Students currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from BIT Mesra are eligible to join Firebolt Racing. Additionally, only students who are in their second year or third semester of study are considered. Please note that students enrolled in integrated master's programs, B. Pharm, or B. Arch are not eligible to join.

With 30 members from various engineering backgrounds, they design and build All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to compete nationally. They were recognized by Dr. AJP Abdul Kalam for their performance in BAJA SAE 2012, a major accomplishment. They've also showcased their ATVs at prestigious events like the Defense Expo 2022, presenting them to esteemed dignitaries. Firebolt Racing continues to excel in competitions like BAJA SAE 2023, making BIT Mesra proud. Our dedication is evident in their consistent participation in SAEINDIA events.
